Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYSMD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,149 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYSMD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM114A1, AKAP13_S2699, and KIF2A. Each is linked with LYSMD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD3 results are reported.
