LYSMD3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYSMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, FASN, and ACC1. Each is linked with LYSMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD3 results are reported.
