Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYSMD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,866 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Macroautophagy, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with LYSMD3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD3 results are reported.
