LYSMD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYSMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,007 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMPK2, PSMB6, and GBP4. Each is linked with LYSMD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYSMD2 versus CMPK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYSMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYSMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
