LYSMD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYSMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP2, CD96, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with LYSMD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYSMD2 versus GIMAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYSMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYSMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
