LYSMD2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYSMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02706, RNU6-929P, and CASP3P1. Each is linked with LYSMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD2 results are reported.
