Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYSMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP13-1. Each is linked with LYSMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD2 results are reported.
