LYRM7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,600 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRE11, CKAP4_S26, and PMVK. Each is linked with LYRM7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM7-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
