Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYRM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTP2, RNU6-1290P, and RNA5SP507. Each is linked with LYRM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM7-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
