Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYRM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDYL, WRNIP1, and XPO5. Each is linked with LYRM4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM4-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
