LYRM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,409 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFS1, ARHGDIB, and ITGA1. Each is linked with LYRM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM4-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
