Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR5, NUTF2P8, and NTAN1P1. Each is linked with LYRM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM4-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM4 results are reported.
