Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,319 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYRM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFDN, SYNCRIP, and VTA1. Each is linked with LYRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM2-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYRM2 versus AFDN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
