Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,425 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7, SAMD4A, and SPATA20P1. Each is linked with LYRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM2-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM2 results are reported.
