Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR551A and SETP15. Each is linked with LYRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM2-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM2 results are reported.
