Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LYRM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LYRM1 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LYRM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYRM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, MESO, and SARC are the cancer types where LYRM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
