LYRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,726 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKP1, ERCC4, and PARN. Each is linked with LYRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM1-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYRM1 versus SKP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
