Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,123 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, DLGAP5, and KIF23. Each is linked with LYRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM1-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYRM1 versus NCAPH in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
