LYPLAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,399 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR3, RPRD2, and NUCKS1. Each is linked with LYPLAL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLAL1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPLAL1 versus RCOR3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
