LYPLA2P2

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LYPLA2P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LYPLA2P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LYPLA2P2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYPLA2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUAD show a favorable association.

CESC, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LYPLA2P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
