Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LYPLA2P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LYPLA2P1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LYPLA2P1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYPLA2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where LYPLA2P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
