LYPLA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3H, MIR6769B, and MIR8053. Each is linked with LYPLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3H grouped by LYPLA2-low versus LYPLA2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
