LYPLA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, mv Endothelial cells, and CD4+ T-cells. Each is linked with LYPLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Class-switched memory B-cells grouped by LYPLA2-low versus LYPLA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
