Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYPLA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,053 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to methionine, Response to methionine, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with LYPLA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA2 results are reported.
