LYPLA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,021 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, RAB2A, and VCPIP1. Each is linked with LYPLA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1 versus YTHDF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
