LYPLA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,194 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL15, TDGF1P5, and STMN1. Each is linked with LYPLA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1 versus MRPL15 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
