Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYPLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANO3-AS1, SNX3P1Y, and MIR759. Each is linked with LYPLA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANO3-AS1 grouped by LYPLA1-low versus LYPLA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
