Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYPLA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYPLA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Regulation of mitotic centrosome separation. Each is linked with LYPLA1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome grouped by LYPLA1-low versus LYPLA1-high in PANCREAS.
