LYPD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, RNU6-422P, and RPL31P53. Each is linked with LYPD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD8-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8082 grouped by LYPD8-low versus LYPD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
