Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYPD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,302 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endocytic recycling, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with LYPD8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD8-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD8 results are reported.
