LYPD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,911 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD6B, PRKCI, and ZMYM4. Each is linked with LYPD6 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD6-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
