LYPD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,507 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFN, UBE2L6, and CASP1. Each is linked with LYPD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD5-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD5 versus SFN in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
