LYPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4C4P, CHAC1, and SERTM2. Each is linked with LYPD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD4-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4C4P grouped by LYPD4-low versus LYPD4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
