LYPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PREX1, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with LYPD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD4-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PREX1 grouped by LYPD4-low versus LYPD4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
