LYPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,235 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPL, DDAH1, and AHNAK2_S4419. Each is linked with LYPD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD3 versus PPL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
