Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,393 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A7, S100A9, and KRT6C. Each is linked with LYPD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD3 versus S100A7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
