LYPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with LYPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by LYPD3-low versus LYPD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
