LYPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,127 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHLDB3, GRHL1, and PPP1R13L. Each is linked with LYPD3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD3 versus PHLDB3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
