Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,082 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, and Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with LYPD3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD3-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD3 results are reported.
