LYPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,098 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAV, SERPINB8, and MPC2. Each is linked with LYPD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD1 versus ITGAV in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
