LYPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLP1, POLR3KP2, and MFSD4BP1. Each is linked with LYPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPLP1 grouped by LYPD1-low versus LYPD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
