LYNX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYNX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, EEF1GP6, and RN7SKP100. Each is linked with LYNX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYNX1-to-partner and partner-to-LYNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by LYNX1-low versus LYNX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
