Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,547 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYNX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with LYNX1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYNX1-to-partner and partner-to-LYNX1 results are reported.
