Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,501 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, FCGR3B, and CXCL8. Each is linked with LYL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYL1-to-partner and partner-to-LYL1 results are reported.
