LYL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,703 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMD2, SLC16A3, and VAT1. Each is linked with LYL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYL1-to-partner and partner-to-LYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYL1 versus LIMD2 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
