Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and CDK1. Each is linked with LYG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYG2-to-partner and partner-to-LYG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
