LYG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCHP, SUPT6H, and NFATC2IP. Each is linked with LYG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYG2-to-partner and partner-to-LYG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
