LYG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,670 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, PAXBP1, and PLS3. Each is linked with LYG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYG1-to-partner and partner-to-LYG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
