LYAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,950 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYAR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, CCNB1, and RFC1. Each is linked with LYAR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYAR-to-partner and partner-to-LYAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYAR versus NCAPD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
