Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYAR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,797 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBXIP1, MYBL2, and UBE2C. Each is linked with LYAR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYAR-to-partner and partner-to-LYAR results are reported.
